1. Overview

VoriSync is a service provided by Vorisek Labs. We provide an automated platform that generates media from user prompts and publishes it to linked social media accounts. This policy explains how we manage your native VoriSync account data alongside third-party platform data.

2. VoriSync Account Data

To use our service, you must create a native VoriSync account. We collect and store the following indefinitely (until account deletion):

  • Identity Data: Your email address and full name.
  • Security Data: An encrypted (salted/hashed) version of your password. We never store plain-text passwords.
  • Service Logs: A record of your subscription status and a history of content generation requests.

3. Prompt & Generative Data

When you enter a prompt to create a video, we process that data exclusively to fulfill your request:

  • Usage: Prompts are used to generate media, titles, and hashtags.
  • Protection: We do not sell your prompts or use your private creative output to train public machine learning models without your consent.

4. Platform-Specific Compliance

We adhere to the developer terms of TikTok, YouTube, and Meta (Instagram). Information received via these APIs (such as OAuth tokens) is used solely to publish content on your behalf.

  • AIGC Disclosure: As an AI-generative tool, VoriSync automatically applies AI-Generated Content (AIGC) labels to all TikTok and YouTube uploads in compliance with platform safety rules.
  • TikTok & Instagram: We do not use third-party platform data to build surveillance tools or facilitate unauthorized data brokerage.
  • Google & YouTube Security: Our use of Google user data is limited to the functionality of the VoriSync platform. We do not share, sell, or transfer Google user data to third parties, including ad networks, data brokers, or other AI model providers, unless required by law or necessary to provide the service explicitly requested by the user.
  • Limited Use: Our use of Google/YouTube data adheres to the Google API Service User Data Policy.

5. Data Retention & Media Storage

VoriSync distinguishes between account data and media data:

  • Account Info: Your native registration data is retained as long as your account remains active to provide ongoing access to the platform.
  • Media Assets: All generated videos, images, and raw prompts are kept in a secure buffer for 30 days. This storage is used to ensure distribution reliability, handle API retries, and facilitate cross-platform branching.
  • Automated Purge: After 30 days, media assets and prompts are permanently purged from our active distribution servers.

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You maintain full control over your information. At any time, you may exercise the following rights:

  • Revocation: Disconnect your social media accounts via the security settings on TikTok, Google, or Meta.
  • Manual Purge: Request the immediate deletion of specific media assets before the 30-day window expires.
  • Account Deletion: Request a complete purge of your VoriSync account and all associated OAuth tokens by emailing support@voriseklabs.com. We will fulfill these requests within 30 days.
